Shipping Policy


Second Class postage is used as standard for most of our items within the UK. Shipping upgrades are also available at the checkout for First Class or Signed/Tracked postage if you would prefer one of these options. We may also apply a complementary upgrade to a Signed or Tracked shipping service at our discretion for some multi-item orders.

Most of our items ship as large letter post with a small number of our larger items set at a small parcel rate. The price paid for your shipping incorporates both the postage and the packaging costs and we base this on the average weight for your chosen items.



As a guide, our current delivery estimates for Royal Mail are:

  • UK 1st Class standard mail:  1-5 business days
  • UK 1st Class Signed or Tracked 24 mail:  1-3 business days
  • UK 2nd Class standard mail: 2-7 business days
  • UK 2nd Class Signed or Tracked 48 mail: 2-5 business days

Please be aware that all dates given are estimates based on the average speeds for Royal Mail and delivery within this time cannot be guaranteed. Although your order will always dispatch from us on time, once this is passed onto Royal Mail for delivery, their own service determines the speed at which your order will arrive with you.



Delivery tracking numbers are only provided for items that ship with this service as standard, or for orders that have selected a tracked/signed upgrade at the checkout stage. If a tracking number is provided with your shipping confirmation, you can use this to view any updates regarding your delivery via Royal Mail's track and trace link:



If you have an issue with the time taken for the delivery of your item, please keep in mind that Royal Mail offer no guarantees for delivery estimates outside of their Special Delivery Service option (not part of our normal upgrades) and they will not accept any standard shipping item as lost until 10 working days after the expected delivery date. Therefore if your item doesn't arrive within our quoted delivery estimates shown, please note that we cannot make any claim with them until after this time has passed.

In the meantime, please check that your delivery address entered at the checkout stage matches your current address and that the delivery hasn't arrived with you and been taken in by someone else (e.g. a family member or another neighbour in the street if you weren't home). 

If you do not receive your item after this time, please get in touch with us and we will take the matter up with Royal Mail on your behalf in order to make a claim for a lost shipment. At this stage, we can either offer to resend your order or refund your purchase if you would prefer.

If your item arrives with you damaged, please be sure to take photographs of the item's packaging as well as the item itself and send this through to us as soon as possible after delivery. Please be aware that Royal Mail will not process any damage claims without evidence of any damage done during delivery and we therefore cannot move a claim forward with them without this proof.
